本文介绍腰椎MRI定性分析DetectSpineMRI的语法及实例。
功能描述
对输入的脊柱或腰椎部分的核磁DICOM影像进行智能分析,输出椎间盘和锥体信息。
成人脊柱的椎骨(24块)构成:
- 颈椎(Cervical vertebrae) 共计7块,命名C1,...,C7。
- 胸椎(Thoracic vertebrae) 共计12块,命名T1,...,T12。
- 腰椎(Lumbar vertebrae) 共计5块,命名L1,...,L5。
成人脊柱除椎骨外,还有骶椎(Sacral vertebrae) 共计1块(命名S1)、尾椎(Coccygeal vertebrae) 共计1块。
计入与骶椎的椎间盘,椎间盘共计24个,标识椎间盘可以通过C1-C2来标识自上而下的第一个椎间盘,L5-S1标识自下而上的第一个椎间盘。
椎间盘疾病标识:
- 正常(Normal),以v1标识。
- 退行性改变(Degeneration),以v2标识。
- 弥散型膨出(Circumferential Bulge),以v3标识。
- 非对称性膨出(Asymmetric Bulge),以v4标识。
- 突出(Protruded),以v5标识。
- 脱出(Extruded),以v6标识。
- 疝出(Schmorl),以v7标识。
- 其他类型(Other),以v8标识。
椎体标识:
- 正常(Normal),以v1标识。
- 退行性改变(Degeneration),以v2标识。
- 其他类型(Other),以v3标识。
前提条件
输入限制
- 图片格式:DICOM。
- 图像帧数:至少20帧,至多300帧。
- URL地址中不能包含中文字符。
调试
