Set方式

此方式通过Set设置全局参数。
set hoodie.insert.shuffle.parallelism = 100;
set hoodie.upsert.shuffle.parallelism = 100;
set hoodie.delete.shuffle.parallelism = 100;

options方式

此方式是在建表语句options中指定参数来设置全局参数。
