Quick BI创建取数任务失败提示“get stream query handler failed. com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.jdbc4.CommunicationsException: Communications link failure”错误

问题描述

仪表板中图表可以显示数据，创建取数任务会失败，报错“get stream query handler failed. com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.jdbc4.CommunicationsException: Communications link failure”。

问题原因

新建数据库除MaxCompute外需要添加相应的白名单。

解决方案

除MaxCompute外的数据源添加如下白名单：

• 11.193.48.0/24
• 11.197.244.0/24
• 47.101.107.0/24
• 106.15.146.0/24
• 106.15.145.0/24
