描述
重新创建集群实例：释放当前实例，重新启动一个新的实例。
请求语法
请求行：
POST /clusters/{ClusterId}/groups/{GroupName}/instances/{InstanceId}/recreate HTTP/1.1请求方法为 POST，请求资源为 clusters，属性说明：
属性名称 | 类型 | 是否必须 | 描述 |
ClusterId | String | 是 | 集群标识符。 |
GroupName | string | 是 | 该集群中的group名字。 |
InstanceId | string | 是 | 该group中instance的id。 |
无请求数据。
