Facial scan verification for legal representatives

On a PC

1. Go to the verification page

   Log on to the Alibaba Cloud Account Center. Go to the Identity Verification page. In the Enterprise Verification section, click Legal Representative Facial Scan.

2. Enter enterprise information

• Search for your enterprise using the Precise Search By Its Standard Enterprise Name Or Unified Social Credit Code option.

• Alternatively, Upload A Business License to locate your company.

• In special cases, you can Manually Enter the standard enterprise name and Unified Social Credit Code.

  In the Legal Representative Facial Scan panel, the verification process includes 4 steps: Enter Enterprise Information, Alipay Scan, Alibaba Cloud Review, and Verification Complete. In the Enter Enterprise Information step, you can search for your enterprise using the precise search box, or click Upload A Business License.

3. Authorize by scanning with Alipay

• The legal representative scans the QR code with their personal Alipay account. Do not use an enterprise Alipay account. Alternatively, an employee or agent can scan the code with their personal Alipay account and forward it to the legal representative to complete the facial recognition.

  Note

  The QR code is valid for 1 hour. Complete the scan as soon as possible.

  The legal representative facial scan verification process includes four steps: Enter Enterprise Information, Alipay Scan, Alibaba Cloud Review, and Verification Complete. After entering the enterprise information, proceed to the Alipay Scan step, where a QR code is displayed for the legal representative or employee to scan.

  I am the legal representative

  Before the facial recognition, Alipay's Zhima Credit queries your business license information.

  • If you have not yet authorized Zhima Credit, follow these steps.

  How to authorize Zhima Enterprise Credit to access electronic business license information

  When Alipay redirects you to the authorization page, click I am the Legal Representative. This opens the Alipay Electronic Business License miniapp, where you can authorize Zhima Enterprise Credit to access your electronic business license information.

  1. Apply for an electronic business license.

     Electronic business license not downloaded

     1. Click Download License. Allow the Electronic Business License miniapp to access your information. Then, complete the facial recognition on the identity verification page.

        To download an electronic business license in the WeChat mini program:

        1. On the license list page, click Add New Electronic Business License. A prompt explains the download methods for the legal representative, license administrator, and agent roles. Click Download License.

        2. In the authorization dialog, confirm the authorization for the miniapp to access your profile picture, nickname, phone number, name, and ID information. Click Agree.

        3. On the identity verification page, click Agree to Terms and Verify to complete the identity verification.

     2. Open the Electronic Business License app on your phone and follow these steps to download the license:

        1. On the Select Registration Location page, select the province where your enterprise is registered.

        2. In the company list, find the target enterprise and confirm the role is License Administrator.

        3. Select I have read and agree to the License Download Statement and click Download.

        4. On the license verification page, confirm the enterprise information and click Confirm. The initial license password is 123456. Change it promptly.

     Downloaded electronic business license

     Select the electronic business license you want to use and confirm the enterprise information.

     On the License List page of the Electronic Business License miniapp, select the target enterprise. On the License Verification page, enter the License Password (initial password is 123456, change it promptly), and click Confirm.

  2. Authorize Zhima Enterprise Credit to access the license information. After the authorization is successful, click Return to App. You will then be redirected to the authorized page.

  • After you authorize Zhima Credit, you are redirected to the authorized page. Click Agree and Authorize and complete the facial recognition. This completes the enterprise identity verification for your Alibaba Cloud account.

    The authorization page displays the enterprise name and Unified Social Credit Code requested by Alibaba Cloud. After enterprise verification, Alibaba Cloud can obtain the legal representative's name, enterprise name, Unified Social Credit Code or registration number, and verification result. Before proceeding, select the checkboxes to agree to the Statement, Zhima Credit Enterprise Credit Service Agreement, and Service Agreement.

  I am an employee/agent

  Forward the QR code or link to the enterprise's legal representative so they can complete the verification.

  1. Click I am an Employee/Agent. Then, use WeChat or Alipay to forward the QR code to the legal representative.

     

  2. The legal representative scans the QR code and authorizes access to the enterprise information.

4. View the verification result on the Enterprise Real-name Information page in the Account Center. If the facial scan fails, you can choose another verification method or try again.

   The Verification Information tab on the page displays the following fields:

   • Verification Type

   • Verification Completion Time

   • Verified Entity

   • Unified Social Credit Code

   To change the enterprise information, click Enterprise Entity Change or Enterprise Name Update.

On the Alibaba Cloud App

1. Go to the verification page: Open the Alibaba Cloud App. In the bottom navigation bar, click My. Click your profile picture or account name to go to the Account Management page. Then, click Identity Verification. You can also go to the identity verification page by clicking Verify to Get Benefits on the personal center page.

   

2. Enter enterprise information: On the identity verification page, select Legal Representative Facial Scan (Alipay). Choose a method to submit your enterprise information. Review the information carefully and then click Confirm Enterprise Information.

   

3. Authorize with an Alipay scan: The legal representative must use their personal Alipay account for authorization. Alternatively, an employee or agent can forward the request to the legal representative to complete the facial scan.

   I Am the Legal Representative

   Before the facial scan, Alipay's Zhima Credit needs to query your business license information.

   • If you have not yet authorized Zhima Credit, follow these steps.

   How to authorize Zhima Enterprise Credit to access electronic business license information

   When Alipay redirects to the authorization page, click I am the Legal Representative. This opens the Alipay Electronic Business License miniapp. Authorize Zhima Enterprise Credit to access your electronic business license information.

   1. Apply for an electronic business license.

      1. Click Download License. Allow the Electronic Business License miniapp to access your information. Then, complete the facial recognition on the identity verification page.

      2. Select your enterprise's registration location. Then, search for and download the electronic business license.

      Select the electronic business license you want to use and confirm the enterprise information.

      

   2. Authorize Zhima Enterprise Credit to access the license information. After successful authorization, click Return to App. You will be redirected to the authorized page.

      

   • After you authorize Zhima Credit, Alipay redirects to the authorized page. Click Agree and Authorize and complete the facial recognition. This will complete the enterprise identity verification for your Alibaba Cloud account.

     

   Employee/agent

   Forward the QR code or link to the enterprise's legal representative to complete the verification.

   1. Click I am an Employee/Agent. In the sharing dialog, select a forwarding channel: WeChat, Alipay, or QQ.

   2. The legal representative scans the QR code and authorizes the use of the enterprise information.

4. After the facial recognition succeeds, the enterprise identity verification for your account is complete. Go to the Account Management page in the Alibaba Cloud App. Click Identity Verification to view the verification information.

   The verification information page displays Verification Type, Verification Name, and ID Number. Sensitive information is masked with asterisks.
