Voice call notifications are available for some Alibaba Cloud products before instances expire or are released. This feature is being rolled out to other products.

By default, calls are made to the mobile phone number that is linked to your account. Ensure that you answer these calls.

  • Products that support voice call notifications before release: Elastic Compute Service (ECS), Cloud Disk, ApsaraDB RDS, Anti-DDoS products, ApsaraDB for Redis, MaxCompute, NAT Gateway, Quick BI, Server Load Balancer (SLB), Web Application Firewall (WAF), Elastic IP Address (EIP), Distributed Relational Database Service (DRDS), AnalyticDB, Express Connect, ApsaraDB for Memcache, Simple Log Service, ApsaraVideo VOD, Data Transmission Service (DTS), MSMQ, and ApsaraDB for MongoDB.

  • Products that support voice call notifications before expiration: ECS. Voice call notifications are not currently supported for preemptible instances.
