Voice Notification Management
Use voice notification management to configure features in the voice service, such as voice notifications and voice verification codes. This is applicable to various business scenarios, including customer service and identity verification.
For important messages, we strongly recommend setting up multiple notification channels, such as SMS and email, in addition to voice notifications. This prevents potential losses if a voice call is missed.
Set up voice notifications

Log in to Message Center. In the left-side navigation pane, expand Message Reception Management and select Voice Notification Management.

On the Voice Notification Management page, you can enable or disable the voice notification feature for the corresponding product by checking or unchecking the checkbox in the Voice column.

In the Actions column, click Modify to open the Modify Message Reception Configuration page. On this page, you can perform the following actions:

Set a custom limit on the number of messages for the current message type.

Add one or more message recipients for the current message type.

You can also set custom receiving rules for each message recipient. You can control the scope and conditions for receiving messages by configuring a blacklist and whitelist with specific keywords.

In the Actions column, click Revision History to view recent changes for the message category, including the modification time, the modifier, and the changes made.

Once you configure the message recipients, you will receive voice notifications.
Whitelist outbound numbers
To prevent important calls from Alibaba Cloud from being blocked by your mobile phone, we recommend adding the following numbers to your phone's contact whitelist. If calls from Alibaba Cloud are blocked at the carrier level, contact your carrier and ask them to whitelist these numbers. This ensures you receive our voice notifications and other important information.
Because outbound call numbers are assigned randomly, we recommend adding all of the following numbers to your whitelist.

Marketing Call Settings
On the Marketing Call Settings page, you can enable or disable marketing calls for each of your contacts.

On the Voice Notification Management page, click Marketing Call Settings in the upper-right corner.

You can enable or disable marketing calls for a contact by selecting or clearing the checkbox in the Receive Marketing Calls column.
