How to quickly contact a security engineer for a security incident
If you encounter a security issue with your cloud resources and require assistance from Alibaba Cloud, this document explains how to submit a ticket to contact a security engineer.
You may discover security issues with your cloud resources through various channels, such as Security Center alerts, log-based alerting, Alibaba Cloud alert emails, internal messages, and text messages. Although alerts usually provide response instructions, you may still need assistance from Alibaba Cloud in some situations.
Log on to the Alibaba Cloud console. In the top menu, click Submit Ticket.
Select Security as the product category and describe the issue. In the description, clearly explain the security incident, such as a stolen account or a server infected with a mining virus. Also, describe the current business impact, such as data loss, service downtime, or abnormal bills. This information helps our engineers respond quickly and create a plan to resolve the threat.
