The event alerting and backfill features are not supported in the China (Nanjing - Local Region) Closing Down, China (Wuhan-Local Region), Philippines (Manila), and Thailand (Bangkok) regions.
Supported regions on Alibaba Finance Cloud
ActionTrail is deployed only in the China East 2 Finance region of Alibaba Finance Cloud. To query the events that occur on Alibaba Finance Cloud in all regions, you must select the China East 2 Finance region in the ActionTrail console.

By default, all the global events that occur on Alibaba Finance Cloud are recorded as events that occur in the China East 1 Finance region.
Supported regions on Alibaba Gov Cloud
ActionTrail is deployed only in the China North 2 Ali Gov 1 region of Alibaba Gov Cloud. Events that occur on Alibaba Gov Cloud are delivered to the China North 2 Ali Gov 1 region.
