Switchover tickets provide a centralized history of switchover tasks for a multi-active instance. Each ticket records the scenario, time, and procedure for each switchover. On this page, you can review past switchovers or create new ones.
Prerequisites
You have created a multi-active instance. For more information, see Create a multi-active instance.
Switchover ticket overview
Log in to the MSHA console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Multi-active Instances.
On the Multi-active Instances page, click the Instance Name/ID of the target instance to go to the instance details page.
On the instance details page, click .
On the Switchover Tickets page, in the Switchover Execution Statistics section, view the distribution of switchovers by time, scenario, and result, and the average RTO and RPO for failovers. You can filter these statistics by time.
In the list of switchover tickets, review the details of each ticket. By default, the list is sorted by start time. To create a new ticket, click Create Switchover Ticket.
