In the MSHA console, you can add instances by manually registering them or by syncing them directly from ECS. You can then assign these instances to a central or general unit.
Procedure
Log in to the MSHA console.
In the left navigation pane, choose to go to the ECS page.
The ECS page lists each instance and its details.
From the All Units list on the left, select the target unit. Then, add an instance using one of the following methods:
Click Register Server in the upper-left corner, configure the instance, and then click OK.

Click Sync ECS, select the ECS instances you want to add, and then click OK.
