End the hotline service by instance ID and agent account name.

Operation description

Queries per second (QPS) limit

  • Per-user API call frequency: No rate limiting.

  • API frequency: 100 calls per second.

Note

If the total number of calls from multiple users exceeds the API frequency limit, throttling will be triggered.
