Alibaba Cloud Intelligent Contact Center offers a suite of services built on the communication capabilities of Alibaba Cloud and its partners. These services include voice communication, Communication Engine, Communication Intelligence Agent, Intelligent Contact Bot, and Intelligent Speech Interaction. Each feature has a different pricing model.
Except for the monthly rental fee, all charges are based on the bills available in the .
Monthly rental fee
To use Intelligent Contact Center for voice communication, you must purchase a dedicated phone number.
Phone numbers are billed monthly. A standard number costs CNY 35/month. Any partial month is billed as a full month. The service fee for vanity numbers is subject to the price displayed in the console.
Billing for a number starts on the day it is approved and does not stop automatically if your manual agent or AI agent service expires. To stop charges for a voice number, you must release it on the Real Number Management page of the Voice Messaging Service console.
Phone numbers are a limited resource. You cannot release a number within the first three months of activation. After three months, if you no longer need the number, release it promptly to avoid further monthly rental fees.

Intelligent Contact Bot
Software agent fee: You subscribe to software agents on a monthly basis. The validity period matches the purchased duration.
One agent supports one concurrency. This means that only one manual agent account can be logged in at a time, and only one AI agent can place an outbound call at a time.
When the service expires, the instance is released and becomes unusable. Be sure to complete renewals and agent configuration changes before the expiration date.

Software agents support upsizing and renewal. Refunds are not available.
Upsizing: Adding new agents to an existing subscription, with the new agents sharing the same expiration date as the original ones.
Renewal: Extending the expiration date for the current number of agents.
Call fee: Billed per minute. The rate varies depending on the industry and use case, with options of CNY 0.3, 0.35, 0.4, or 0.45 per minute. Contact your account manager to confirm your use case and the applicable rate.

Intelligent Speech Interaction
Fees for Intelligent Speech Interaction (SmartCall API calls) include inbound interactive call fees, outbound interactive call fees, and recording fees.
This is a pay-as-you-go service with tiered pricing. Your total monthly usage determines your pricing tier. As your usage enters a new tier, the new, lower rate applies to your entire monthly usage. Final charges are calculated and billed at the end of the month based on the highest tier you reached. All calls are billed in one-minute increments, with partial minutes rounded up.
Recording fee: CNY 0.050/minute. Partial minutes are rounded up to the next minute.
ASR fee: CNY 0.150/minute. Partial minutes are rounded up to the next minute.
Intelligent Speech Interaction fee: In the Billing Statistics section of the console, these fees are listed as 'Interactive Outbound' and 'Interactive Inbound'.
