This document describes the limits of the Artificial Intelligence Cloud Call Service.
Product usage limits
Each Alibaba Cloud account can activate only one instance.
Each instance supports an unlimited number of agent accounts.
Each instance supports up to 10 landline numbers. Requests for additional numbers require online approval.
For outbound calls, a single landline number supports a maximum of 30 concurrent calls and 2,000 calls per day.
For inbound calls, there are no limits on concurrent calls or the total number of calls.
