Before an Intelligent Contact Bot can perform calling tasks, you must design scripts for the bot.
Alternatively, you can use the script templates provided by Alibaba Cloud. In the Intelligent Contact Center console, go to LLM-based Communication > Intelligent Contact Bot > Script Template Marketplace to view template details and copy a template to "My Scripts".

Log in to the Intelligent Contact Center console.

In the left-side navigation pane, choose , and then click Add Script.

On the Add Custom Script page, fill in the script information.
The form contains the following fields: Script Name (Required, up to 30 characters), Industry (Required, select an industry and then a scenario), and Description (up to 50 characters).

Click Add.
