The Intelligent Communication Engine provides a call experience feature that lets you quickly test the quality of intelligent calls powered by large models.

Overview

The Intelligent Communication Engine provides the call experience feature to help you quickly test intelligent calls powered by large models. You can choose to use either a platform public model or a customer private model to test the call quality. Using the platform public model lets you bypass the configuration of a large model gateway and a large model application for a quick test. Using the customer private model lets you quickly test the intelligent call quality delivered by your own large model when integrated with the Intelligent Communication Engine.

Procedure

  1. Go to the Call experience page

    Go to Intelligent Contact Center console>Large Model Communication>Intelligent Communication Engine>Call Experience.

    After you open the page, a banner at the top displays the message: "The call test feature is for testing purposes only and must not be used in a production environment." The page includes the following settings: model selection (choose between platform public model or customer private model), experience application selection (such as unverified customer activation and domain name compliance remediation), and a test mobile number management area. You can add test numbers using the add number button.

  2. Model selection

    • Platform public model: Use the large model built into the Intelligent Communication Engine to test calls.

    • Customer private model: Use your own large model to test calls.

      Note

      If you select customer private model, you must create and deploy a large model gateway on the Intelligent Contact Center console > >Large Model Communication > >Intelligent Communication Engine > >large model gateway configuration page. For detailed instructions, see large model gateway configuration.

  3. Experience application and test application

    Experience application

    If you choose to use the platform public model, you must select an Experience Application. You can choose from the following two call scenarios:

    • unverified customer activation: An Alibaba Cloud customer service representative follows up with account holders who have not completed real-name verification to encourage them to complete the process to meet their business needs.

    • domain name compliance remediation: The Alibaba Cloud ICP filing check assistant provides professional ICP filing check and remediation guidance for individuals and enterprise website owners to ensure that their websites comply with ICP filing management regulations.

    Test application

    If you select a customer private model, you need to configure the test application.

    Click the image icon to edit the test application in the pane that opens on the right.

  4. Test mobile number

    1. Click add number. In the dialog box that appears, enter a mobile number, verify it with a verification code, and then click OK to add the number.

      Note

      You can add a maximum of 10 mobile numbers.

    2. Select the mobile numbers you want to test and click dial test. In the dialog box that appears, click dial test to initiate the calls.

      Note

      You can initiate a dial test for up to five numbers at a time.
