Create a service instance
In AICCS, when creating a call task, if you need to create a new service instance, you can quickly create one based on an approved communication agent. The system automatically imports the agent's qualification and scenario information.
Step 1: fill in qualification information
Field | Description |
Qualification | Automatically populated with the qualification associated with the current communication agent. |
Instance purpose and Instance scenario | Automatically populated with the purpose and scenario associated with the current communication agent. |
Instance name | The prefix is the name of the currently selected communication agent. Enter a custom service instance name of up to 10 characters. |
Step 2: fill in number information
Field | Description |
Call type | Select the number call type based on your business requirements. |
Number type | Currently, only fixed-line numbers can be applied for. |
DTMF keys | Select based on your actual business situation. If not needed, you can ignore this field. |
Number requirements | Select the number region and allocation rule, and enter the quantity of numbers to apply for based on your business requirements. |
Timeout for closing work order | Set a timeout period for the number application work order to be automatically closed. |
Remarks | Enter supplementary information as needed. |
Step 3: confirm the inbound audio playback rules
Before creating, carefully read the inbound audio playback rules. You can only proceed after selecting I have read and agree.
Step 4: submit the creation
After confirming all information is correct, click Confirm.
The system displays a confirmation dialog. After confirming, the creation is complete.
The page automatically redirects to the Real number application page, where you can check the progress of the number application work order.
After the work order is complete, the allocated numbers are automatically bound to the newly created service instance.
After the service instance is created, you must wait until the number is successfully activated (that is, the work order is complete and the number is bound to the service instance) before you can create a call task.
Add real numbers
After the service instance is created, if you need to add more real numbers for your business, you must submit a number application work order through the service instance management page.
Log on to the Voice Service console and go to the Instance Management page.
Select the service instance to which you want to add real numbers, and click Add real numbers in the Actions column.
Enter the required number information as prompted and submit the number application work order.
After submitting, you can check the work order progress on the Apply for Real Number page. After the work order is complete, the newly activated numbers are automatically bound to the corresponding service instance.
The process for adding real numbers is the same as the number application process during service instance creation, and is subject to objective factors such as carrier resources, which may result in activation failures.
