In speech recognition, if certain terms in your business domain are not recognized accurately by default, use the hotword feature to add these terms to a word list and improve recognition accuracy. This topic describes how to create and use a speech-to-text hotword library.

Create a hotword library

Log on to the Artificial Intelligence Cloud Call Service console.
In the navigation pane on the left, choose Large Language Model Communication > Speech-to-Text Hotword Library.
On the Speech-to-Text Hotword Library page, click Create Hotword Library.
In the dialog box that appears, enter the hotword details and click OK to finish creating the library.

Note
Each hotword can contain up to 10 characters. Separate multiple hotwords with line breaks. The total number of hotwords cannot exceed 500.

Associate a hotword library

Log on to the Artificial Intelligence Cloud Call Service console.
In the navigation pane on the left, choose Large Language Model Communication > Communication Intelligence Engine > Large Language Model Application Management.
On the Large Language Model Application Management page, select the application you want to associate with a hotword library and click Associate Hotword Library.
In the dialog box that appears, select an existing speech-to-text hotword library and click OK to complete the association.

If no hotword library exists, click the Create Hotword Library link to create one.
