When you use a cloud-native data repository AnalyticDB for MySQL cluster and require Alibaba Cloud technical support, if the helpdesk needs to perform operations on your cluster during the support procedure, authorize the service account of the AnalyticDB for MySQL cluster so that the helpdesk can provide technical support through the service account. After the authorization expires, the permissions of the service account are automatically revoked.
