The Embodied Intelligence Platform supports multi-role collaboration. Administrators can create user accounts with different roles to divide tasks such as data collection, annotation, and review.

Roles and permissions

The platform provides four roles. The following table describes the permissions of each role:

  • Administrator: Has all permissions and is responsible for platform configuration, user management, and global task management.

  • Collector: Responsible for executing data collection and upload tasks.

  • Labeler: Responsible for executing annotation tasks.

  • Reviewer: Responsible for reviewing the quality of collected data.

Create a user

  1. Log on to the Embodied Intelligence Platform.

  2. In the left-side navigation pane, click Users.

  3. Click Add User.

  4. In the dialog box, configure the following parameters:

    The logon account of the user.

    Email

    Required

    The email address of the user.

    Role

    Required

    Select a role from the drop-down list: Collector, Reviewer, Labeler, or Administrator.

    Password

    Required

    The logon password of the user.

  5. Click OK.

After the user is created, you can view the user on the corresponding role tab. The user management page is organized into five tabs by role: All, Administrator, Collector, Reviewer, and Labeler. Each tab displays the number of users with the corresponding role.

Manage users

In the user list, you can perform the following operations on existing users:

  • Edit: Modify user information and role.

  • Delete: Remove a user. The administrator account (admin) cannot be deleted.

You can use the search box to quickly find users by username or email.
