What changed
You can now scale down compute node specifications on AnalyticDB for PostgreSQL instances. This lets you right-size compute resources to match your workload — lowering costs when demand is low and scaling back up when needed.

Important
This feature applies only to instances in elastic storage mode. Compute node specifications can be downgraded, but storage capacity cannot be reduced.
