Cancellation and refund policy
This topic describes the refund rules, methods, and fund flow for AnalyticDB for PostgreSQL.
Refund rules
AnalyticDB for PostgreSQL supports the following refund rules.

Pay-as-you-go | Pay-as-you-go charges after usage and does not involve refunds. | To stop using a pay-as-you-go instance, release the instance directly in the console. |
After you cancel a subscription instance or release a pay-as-you-go instance, computing and storage resources are released immediately, and data is deleted. Proceed with caution.
Notes
You can manually release pay-as-you-go instances only when their Status is Running.
You cannot manually release subscription instances. These instances are automatically released upon expiration. However, you can manually release a subscription instance after it is converted to a pay-as-you-go instance.
You cannot obtain a refund for bills that have already been generated.
