Data Integration is a stable, efficient, and elastically scalable data synchronization platform provided by Alibaba Cloud. It provides high-speed and stable data movement and synchronization between disparate data sources across complex network environments.

Supported data source types

Data Integration supports various data sources, such as:

  • Text storage (FTP, SFTP, OSS, multimedia files, and more)

  • Databases (RDS, DRDS, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and more)

  • NoSQL (Memcache, Redis, MongoDB, HBase, and more)

  • Big data (MaxCompute, AnalyticDB for MySQL 2.0, HDFS, and more)

  • Massively Parallel Processing (MPP) databases (HybridDB for MySQL and more)

Notes

To import data into an AnalyticDB for MySQL 2.0 cluster using Data Integration, you can use the real-time import method. The destination table must be a streaming table (standard table). This method is efficient and simple.

Procedure

This topic uses an RDS for SQL Server data source as an example and shows how to use Data Integration to synchronize data to an AnalyticDB for MySQL 2.0 cluster for data analytics.

  1. Configure an SQL Server data source

  2. Configure an AnalyticDB for MySQL data source

  3. Configure the source and destination for a sync task
