Billing
How am I charged for the service?
Charges are based on the number of API calls, traffic volume, and the specified cache size. For more information, see billing overview.
Can I get a refund?
-
Serverless instances are billed on a pay-as-you-go basis. Refunds are not supported for serverless instances.
-
Traditional dedicated instances and VPC integration instances are billed on a pay-as-you-go basis. If you no longer need an instance, you can release it. Subscription instances can be converted to pay-as-you-go instances, and refunds are available based on the remaining subscription period.
Overdue payments
Pay-as-you-go instances have no validity period limit. If your account has an overdue payment, the corresponding API is locked and cannot be called. You can still manage and maintain the API. If the payment remains overdue for 6 months, Alibaba Cloud deletes all configurations of the API.
Finding purchased APIs
After you purchase an API from the Alibaba Cloud Marketplace, the API is automatically authorized. You can view your purchased APIs in the management console.
-
Go to the Alibaba Cloud Marketplace. In the upper-right corner, click Buyer Center > Buyer Console. Alternatively, click management console under your account.
-
In the left-side navigation pane, click API Center.
