To access a Managed Service for Grafana workspace from the internet, you must add the IP addresses that require access to the workspace's public-access whitelist. This topic describes how to configure a public-access whitelist for a Managed Service for Grafana workspace.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the ARMS console. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Managed Service for Grafana > Workspace Management.

  2. On the Workspace Management page, click the ID of the workspace that you want to manage.

  3. In the left-side navigation pane, click Whitelists and Security Groups.

  4. On the Public IP address whitelist tab, click Modify to the right of Modify.

  5. In the Modify general whitelist dialog box, specify the IP addresses to add to the whitelist.

Whitelist: You can specify one or more IP addresses or CIDR blocks, such as 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.0.0/24. Separate multiple entries with a comma (,). The entry 127.0.0.1 denies access from all IPv4 addresses, and 0.0.0.0/0 allows access from all IPv4 addresses.

  6. Click Confirm.
