Billing adjustments of browser monitoring-Application Real-Time Monitoring Service(ARMS)-阿里云帮助中心

Alibaba Cloud has adjusted the billing model of the browser monitoring feature since February 1, 2020. The new billing model will continue to be effective unless otherwise notified.

Billing rules

Before this adjustment, the billable items of browser monitoring include the number of page view (PV) reports, the number of API reports, and the number of custom reports.

The number of API reports is no longer the primary billable item since February 1, 2020. The following billing rules of browser monitoring have been adjusted.

Application Real-Time Service Monitoring (ARSM) provides a free quota of 500,000 API reports per day.
You are charged one-tenth of the original price for additional API reports.

Costs of daily reports = (Traffic of daily reports / Resource package specification) × Resource package unit price

In this example, the China (Hangzhou) region is used. The average number of PV reports is 2,000,000 per day, the average number of API reports is 20,000,000 per day, and the average number of custom reports is 200,000 per day. You can use the following formulas to calculate the costs of monthly reports:

Traffic of monthly reports = [Daily PV reports + (Daily API reports – 500,000) × 0.1 + Daily custom reports] × 30 = [2,000,000 + (20,000,000 - 500,000) × 0.1 + 200,000] × 30 = 124,500,000

Costs of monthly reports = (Traffic of daily reports / Resource package specification) × Resource package unit price = (124,500,000/128,000,000) × 15,120 = 14,706
