Chatbot page UI enhancements

• Applicable editions: Trial Edition (Tongyi), Agile Edition (Tongyi), Standard Edition (Tongyi), Enterprise Edition (Tongyi), Platform Edition (Tongyi), and Ultimate Edition (Tongyi).

• Description: The UI for building chatbots has been streamlined. Navigation on the chatbot details page is now located at the top for easier access.

Persona and response style settings

• Applicable editions: Trial Edition (Tongyi), Agile Edition (Tongyi), Standard Edition (Tongyi), Enterprise Edition (Tongyi), Platform Edition (Tongyi), and Ultimate Edition (Tongyi).

• Description: The chatbot adheres more closely to its configured persona. The character limit for the persona is now 6,000 characters. You can insert response style commands into the persona with a forward slash (/).

Model parameter configuration

• Applicable editions: Trial Edition (Tongyi), Agile Edition (Tongyi), Standard Edition (Tongyi), Enterprise Edition (Tongyi), Platform Edition (Tongyi), and Ultimate Edition (Tongyi).

• Description: You can configure model parameters for your chatbot. These settings allow you to adjust the temperature to control response randomness (recommended range: 0.1–0.7), context turns, and maximum response length.

Dialogue flow enhancements

• Applicable editions: Trial Edition (Tongyi), Standard Edition (Tongyi), Enterprise Edition (Tongyi), Platform Edition (Tongyi), and Ultimate Edition (Tongyi).

• Scope: This upgrade applies only to chatbots created after the v6.5.1 release. Existing chatbots retain the previous dialogue flow.

• Description: The upgraded dialogue flow improves the chatbot's understanding and decision-making based on its persona and enterprise knowledge. This also enhances conversational performance when combining multiple knowledge types, including document-based knowledge, API plugins, flows, and tables.
