The operational statistics page offers a business-oriented view of your business capability and API usage. BizWorks provides minute-level monitoring of calls to business capability service methods, including metrics like success rate and response time. This simplifies data sampling for O&M monitoring. This topic describes how to view operational statistics.
View operational statistics
Log on to the BizWorks Open Portal.
Log on to BizWorks. Select Capability Platform from the Select Platform drop-down list. Click the Operations tab.
In the Competency Platform pane, click Go to Competency Portal.
Click in the upper right corner of the official website console.
In the left-side navigation pane, click Operations Statistics.
On the API tab, you can view the following metrics:
Number of used APIs
Total calls
Failed calls
Average API response time (in ms)
Call success rate
API usage statistics (by API method)
On the Business Capability tab, you can view the following metrics:
Number of used business capabilities
Total calls
Failed calls
Average business capability response time (in ms)
Call success rate
Business capability usage statistics (by API method)
