Share solutions with groups

Overview

The group sharing solution helps you manage multiple accounts. Before you use this solution, you must enable Resource Directory.

Procedure

1. Enable permissions for Resource Directory. After you enable the permissions, choose Management > Group Management from the menu bar to configure them.

   Note

   If you do not see this prompt, the permissions are already enabled. Skip this configuration.

   Resource Directory is an enterprise service that helps businesses manage cloud environments with multiple accounts on Alibaba Cloud. You must use an enterprise account to enable this service.

2. Choose Management > Group Management from the menu bar to view the folder and members.

3. Click Sync Member Accounts.

   Note

   After you add an Alibaba Cloud account to the resource directory, sync the resource directory in Group Management to update the member data.

4. To share a template, choose New > My Solutions > Templates.

   

5. After authorization is granted, choose New > Group Sharing Solutions to view the shared template.
