During promotional activities to attract new customers, platforms often attract online bargain manipulators. These manipulators use registration bots, fake mobile phone numbers, and manual CAPTCHA-solving services to register accounts in bulk. They then use these accounts to exploit promotional offers.

Fraudsters use automated tools to carry out brute-force attacks on account passwords. This allows them to gain account access, which can lead to data breaches and financial loss.

Fraudsters use large collections of leaked usernames and passwords from the Internet to attempt to log on to accounts. If a user's credentials are in one of these leaked databases, their accounts on other platforms can be compromised.
Promotional abuse
During promotional activities, fraudsters use emulators, fake mobile phone numbers, and manual CAPTCHA-solving services to bypass platform validation. They then exploit promotional offers in bulk, causing financial losses for the platform.
Payment fraud
Fraudsters use methods such as Trojans and phishing to steal user payment account information. They then use this information to make unauthorized payments. This causes financial loss for users and damages the company's brand image.

Fraudsters maliciously broadcast large volumes of illegal ads, pornographic images, and other prohibited content on the Internet. This content degrades the user experience and hinders the growth of social networks.
