Troubleshooting compatibility issues

If you are using a non-mainstream or older browser version and experience issues with CAPTCHA display or operation, follow these steps:

  1. Upgrade your browser. Check if an updated version of your browser is available. The latest versions include improved security and compatibility fixes.

  2. Switch to a supported browser. If the problem persists after upgrading, or if your browser is no longer maintained, switch to Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Edge.

  3. Try another device. Sometimes issues may be caused by settings on a specific device. Try performing the operation on another device to determine if it is device-related.
