This document describes how to view bills for Cloud Contact Center (CC).

1. How to view bills

CC offers subscription and pay-as-you-go billing methods. Some fees, such as monthly number rentals and voice packages, are prepaid. Other fees are pay-as-you-go. For pay-as-you-go fees, Alibaba Cloud issues a bill each month. Log on to your Alibaba Cloud account and use this link to view your bill from the previous month.

  1. Log on to the billing page with your Alibaba Cloud account.

  2. Select the Billing Details, Month, Statistic Item, and Statistical Period.

  3. Select the Product and Product Details. Set Product to "Cloud Contact Center". The product details are the CC items that you purchased, such as Cloud Contact Center Subscription and Cloud Contact Center (Pay-As-You-Go).

  • Cloud Contact Center Number: The monthly rental for your purchased number.

  • Cloud Contact Center Voice Package: The package that you purchased for inbound and outbound calls.

  • Cloud Contact Center (Pay-As-You-Go): The platform and call fees for pay-as-you-go users.

  • Cloud Contact Center Subscription: The platform and call fees for subscription users.

How to read a bill

The following example shows a bill for "Cloud Contact Center (Pay-As-You-Go)":

  • Billable Item: The item being charged. Examples include agent platform fees (CallCenterSoftware), outbound landline calls (normal_outbound), inbound landline calls (normal_inbound), inbound 400 number calls (Inbound_400), and recording storage fees (RecordStorage).

  • Unit Price and Unit: The unit price for the billable item. For example, CNY 0.15/minute. For more information, see Pricing.

  • Usage and Unit: The usage and unit for the billable item in the billing month. For example, 5000 minutes.

  • List Price: The original bill amount for the item. This is usually calculated as Unit Price × Usage. For tiered pricing, the amount is calculated based on the pricing tiers.

  • Discount: The discount amount specified in your contract that applies to the billable item. For example, if your contract specifies a 20% discount, the discount amount is List Price × 0.2.

  • Amount Payable: The bill amount after the discount is subtracted from the list price.

  • Overdue Payment: The portion of the amount payable that has not been paid.
