Cloud Contact Center offers a no-questions-asked refund within 5 days of purchase. If you purchased a subscription product (such as a monthly agent package), follow the instructions below to request a no-questions-asked refund. The eligibility criteria are as follows:

  • You can request a no-questions-asked refund for a newly purchased subscription product (such as a monthly agent package) within 5 days of purchase.

  • Refunds requested after 5 days are processed on a pro-rata basis.

  • Pay-as-you-go products (including usage-based billing, phone numbers, storage, etc.) are not eligible for refunds.

  • Products paid for using cash coupons are not eligible for refunds.

  • Each user is allowed only one refund. If you request a refund, re-subscribe, and then request another refund, the second refund will not be approved.

  • If you meet the eligibility criteria and submit a refund request, we will return the refundable amount to your account based on your payment method. Your Cloud Contact Center service will be discontinued immediately:

    1. Orders paid via a third-party payment method and placed within the last 3 months will be automatically refunded to the original payment method.

    2. Orders paid using your Alibaba Cloud account balance or placed more than 3 months ago will be refunded to your Alibaba Cloud account balance.

  • To request a refund: Go to Refund Management, search for Cloud Contact Center, and select a refund type to submit your request.

If your product type is not covered by the 5-day no-questions-asked refund policy or if you exceed the 5-day window, refunds cannot be processed. If you have questions about using the product, submit a ticket for assistance.
