Email channels let you send triggered and batch emails through Chat App Message Service.
What are Email channels?
Based on Alibaba Cloud Direct Mail, Email channels enable enterprises to send both triggered and batch emails for use cases such as website registration, password reset, order notifications, system alerts, and promotional campaigns.

After you create an Email channel in Chat App Message Service, you must bind a sender address to it. Make sure that you have activated Direct Mail and created a sender address in the Direct Mail console.

Sender addresses of the Batch Emails type can only be used with marketing templates.

Sender addresses of the Triggered Emails type can be used with utility and authentication templates.

Email channels do not support sending emails from the Chat App Message Service console. Use the Send an Email component in Chat Flow instead.
