The Add to Group component adds a user's phone number and name to a specific audience group.

Prerequisites
To configure this component, access the flow canvas by using an existing flow or creating a new one.
Go to the canvas of an existing flow
In the
Create a new flow to open its canvas. For more information, see Create a flow.
Procedure

Click the Add to Group component icon on the canvas. The configuration area appears on the right.
In the Basic Settings section, select a Group, such as 0620_group, or click Create Group to create a new one. Select the variable for Customer Phone Number, such as wabaId, and the variable for Customer Name, such as incomingMessage. Click Save in the upper-right corner.

Configure other settings as needed. For more information, see Configuration item descriptions.
After you finish the configuration, click Save. In the dialog box that appears, click Save.
