View and download Chat App Message Service bills, including summaries, itemized details, and per-number cost breakdowns.
Prerequisites
Alibaba Cloud account registration and enterprise identity verification have been completed.
Chat App Message Service has been activated.

Bills show total usage-based charges before deductions. The actual amount due may be lower after coupons or account balance are applied. To view the final payment amount, go to the Expenses and Costs console.

Download bills as Excel files, including summaries, details, and per-number instance bills. The console retains bills for the last 24 months. For older bills, submit a ticket.

View summary bills

Log on to the Chat App Message Service console.

In the left navigation pane, click Bill Query.

Click the Bills tab.

Select a billing cycle and commodity.
View bill details

On the Bill Query page, click the Bill Details tab.

Select a billing cycle, commodity, and billable item.

Click the gear icon to show or hide columns.
View daily billing details

On the Bill Query page, click the Daily Billing Details per Month tab.

Select a billing cycle.
View personalized bills
Personalized bills break down costs by WABA and business number.

On the Bill Query page, click the Split Bills tab.

In Custom Billing Settings, select fields to include and click Save.
