The data panel shows how often a flow was triggered and how many unique users triggered it, helping you measure flow engagement and identify patterns such as repeat usage.

The data panel shows how often a flow was triggered and by how many unique users. Metrics vary slightly by trigger type. The examples on this page use WhatsApp.

Metric definitions

  • Triggers per Number

The total number of times each number bound to the flow has been triggered. If a flow is bound to multiple numbers, the bar chart displays the number of triggers (PV) and unique visitors (UV) for each number separately.

  • Flow triggers

The total number of times the flow was triggered within a specified time range.

  • Unique visitors

The number of distinct users who triggered the flow, deduplicated by phone number or user ID.

    Note
    • For WhatsApp or Viber, users are deduplicated by phone number.

    • For Messenger or Instagram, users are deduplicated by the user ID generated by Meta.

Panel sections

Triggers per Number

This section shows trigger data for each phone number bound to the flow. The bar chart displays the following for each number:

  • PV: The number of flow triggers.

  • UV: The number of unique visitors.

Flow triggers

The total number of times the current flow was triggered within the selected time range:

  • The line chart on the left shows the daily trigger trend.

  • The pie chart on the right shows the trigger distribution by country/region, based on the country code of the user's phone number.

  • Click More to view the data table.

Unique visitors

The number of distinct users who triggered the flow, after deduplication by phone number:

  • If a user triggers the flow multiple times, they are counted as one unique visitor.

  • The line chart on the left shows the daily visitor trend.

  • The pie chart on the right shows the visitor distribution by country/region.

  • Click More to view the data table.

Note

When the trigger type is Manual, Messenger, or Instagram, some metrics (such as Unique Visitors) cannot be fully displayed because user phone numbers are not available. The overall data presentation differs from that of WhatsApp and Viber.
