The Branching by Date/Time component changes the execution path of a chat flow based on specified dates and times.

Prerequisites
To configure this component, access the flow canvas by using an existing flow or creating a new one.
Go to the canvas of an existing flow
In the
Create a new flow to open its canvas. For more information, see Create a flow.
Procedure

On the canvas, click the Branching by Date/Time component icon to open its configuration panel on the right.
In the configuration panel on the right, available variables include
incomingMessage,wabaId,wabaPhoneNumber,customerPhoneNumber, andcustomerName. Set the time zone to Asia/Shanghai, the time range to 09:00 - 17:00, and the applicable days to Monday to Friday. Time periods outside this range are handled by the Else branch. You can click + Add Branch to add more conditional branches. When you are finished, click the Save button at the top. -
Configure the component based on your business requirements. For details on each setting, see Configurations.
After you finish the configuration, click Save. In the dialog box that appears, click Save.

Click Add Branch to create additional branches. The following table describes each setting.
