This component classifies text into custom sentiment or topic labels. It must be used with Alibaba Cloud Model Studio.

Sentiment/Topic Classification

Prerequisites

To configure this component, access the flow canvas by using an existing flow or creating a new one.

  • Go to the canvas of an existing flow

    In the Chat Flow > Flow Management > Flow Name

  • Create a new flow to open its canvas. For more information, see Create a flow.

Procedure

  1. On the canvas, click the Sentiment/Topic Classification component icon to open the configuration panel on the right.

    In the configuration panel, provide the required API key in the Model Settings section. In the Input Settings section, enter a text snippet with variables. When you are done, click Save at the top.

  2. Configure other component parameters as needed. For details, see Parameters.

  3. After you finish the configuration, click Save. In the dialog box that appears, click Save.

Model Settings

You must provide an API key. For instructions, see Obtain and configure an API key.

Input Settings

The text or variable to be classified.

Classification Settings

Define custom sentiment categories or use the provided defaults. These categories can then be used to create a separate branch for each outcome.

Multi-branching Settings

Select whether to enable multi-branching. If enabled, you can add specific components to a separate branch for each classification category.

Output Settings

Outputs the classification result (the detected sentiment or topic) as a variable.
