The Jump to Another Step component allows you to redirect a chat flow to any other component.

Prerequisites
To configure this component, access the flow canvas by using an existing flow or creating a new one.
Go to the canvas of an existing flow
In the
Create a new flow to open its canvas. For more information, see Create a flow.
Steps
On the canvas, click the Jump to Another Step component icon. The component configuration panel opens on the right.
In the Basic Settings section, set Jump to to End and Maximum number of jumps to 1. Then, click Save at the top of the panel.
Configure the component parameters. For details, see Parameters.
After you finish the configuration, click Save. In the dialog box that appears, click Save.
Parameters
Parameter | Description |
Jump to | The destination component. You can search for a component by name or select an existing one from the drop-down list. The chat flow will automatically jump to this component. |
Maximum number of jumps | The maximum number of times a jump can occur. Once this limit is reached, the jump action is skipped. |
