LINE templates let you preset message content and send it directly without approval. Design the message format and content in advance to streamline sending.
Prerequisites

LINE Official Account authorization is completed. For more information, see LINE Official Account authorization.

All of the following operations require you to first go to the Template design page: In the Chat App Message Service console, go to Channel Management, and click the channel ID of the LINE channel you want to manage.
Create a template

On the Template Design page, click Add.

In the dialog box that appears, enter the template information and click OK.
After the template is created, you are redirected to the edit page to design the template content.
Design the template content
After creating a template, design the specific message content.
Different message types have different configuration fields. Complete the configuration as prompted on the page.
Edit a template

On the Template Design page, locate the target template and click Edit.

Modify the template content and click Save.
Delete a template
Deleted templates cannot be recovered. Deletion may affect messages being sent or cause errors in configured scheduled messages. Make sure the template is not in use before you delete it.

On the Template Design page, locate the target template and click Delete.

In the confirmation dialog box, click OK.
Considerations

All image, video, and audio URLs used in templates must be publicly accessible and must not require authentication.

Different message types have different character and quantity limits. Follow these limits strictly; otherwise, sending may fail.
