Send template-based messages to Telegram users, groups, and channels from the Chat App console.
Prerequisites

You have created a Telegram template. For instructions, see Template design.

The end user has sent a message to the bot.

When an end user sends their first message to the bot, Telegram generates a unique Chat ID. Your bot can then use this Chat ID to send messages to that user at any time.

Add your bot to the group or channel and grant it the required permissions.
Procedure
Log on to the Chat App Message Service console.

In the left navigation pane, click Channel Management.

Click the Channel ID of the target Telegram channel. The Message Sending page opens.

Configure the sending parameters on the right side of the page as described in the following table.

Language
Select a language to filter the list of available templates.
Send Message
Click Select template and choose a message template from the list.
Send Account
Select a connected Telegram bot.
Send Type
Select a sending method:

Scheduled sending: Sends the message at a specified time.

Send now: Sends the message immediately.
Import Method
Choose how to provide the recipient Chat IDs.
NoteTelegram requires Chat IDs to send messages to end users. Phone numbers are not supported.

Upload Excel File: Suitable for bulk messaging. Upload an Excel file that contains the recipient Chat IDs.

Click Download Template and enter the recipient Chat IDs in the Phone column.

Click Upload File to upload the completed file.

The Download Template button is disabled until you select a message template.

If your message template contains variables, you must use the Upload Excel File method to import recipient Chat IDs. Do not modify the column headers in the template file. Otherwise, the system might not recognize the variables.

Import Phone Number Group: Suitable for sending a small number of messages. Select this option, then click Add Phone Number to enter recipient Chat IDs manually.

Select Group/Channel: Suitable for messaging groups or channels. You must first identify the target group or channel in group/channel management.

After you configure the settings, click Send.
After the message is sent, you can view its details on the Message List page. For more information, see Message records.
