Send WhatsApp messages to recipients through Chat App Message Service using approved templates.
Before you begin

Register an Alibaba Cloud account and complete enterprise identity verification.

Register a WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) and bind the verified account to a channel.

Create a WhatsApp message template and get it approved by WhatsApp.
Procedure
Log on to the Chat App Message Service console.

In the left navigation pane, choose Channel Management.
NoteFor service providers, Channel Management appears as Customer Management.

Find your WhatsApp channel and click its Channel ID or the Manage button.

On the channel details page, select Message Sending. Set Language to the language of your message template.

Click Select Template to select an approved template.
NoteThe template list is filtered by your selected Language, showing only approved templates in that language.

Select a Send Account.
NoteAvailable options are verified phone numbers on the Phone Number Management page.

Select a Send Type.

Timing Send: Send the message at a scheduled date and time.

Immediately: Send the message right away.

Select how to add recipients:

Upload Excel File: Best for large recipient lists. Click Download Template to download a sample file, add recipient phone numbers, then click Upload File to upload.
Note-
The Download Template button is disabled until you select a template.

If your template contains variables, use the Upload Excel File method to import recipients. Do not modify column headers in the template file, or variable mapping fails.

Import Phone Number Group: Best for small recipient lists. Click Add Phone Number to enter phone numbers.

Import Group: Best for pre-defined audiences. To create a new group, choose Intelligent Marketing > Audience Management , then click Create Group.

Click Send.
