View backup resources for General-purpose NAS
You can view a backup overview, a list of NAS file systems, and backup details for General-purpose NAS.
View the backup overview
On the NAS Backup page, select Alibaba Cloud NAS. Select a region at the top of the page to view statistics for backup resources and backup point virus scans in that region. The following table describes the metrics.

Backed up NAS |
The total number of General-purpose NAS file systems that have at least one backup point. This count includes released file systems that still have backup points. It excludes file systems that have a backup plan but no backup points yet. Only General-purpose NAS file systems are counted. |
Assume you have 12 NAS file systems in the current region. 5 have backups activated and have generated backup points. 3 have backups activated but have not yet generated backup points. 4 do not have backups created. The statistics are shown as follows:
The 3 NAS file systems that have backups activated but no backup points are counted as "Not backed up NAS". After backup points are generated, they are automatically categorized as "Backed up NAS". The statistics will then be:
Released NAS file systems that still have backup points for recovery are also counted as "Backed up NAS". |

Not backed up NAS |
The total number of active General-purpose NAS file systems that have no backup points. This includes file systems where a backup plan is active but no backup points have been created. This can happen if a backup has not run yet, backups consistently fail, or existing backup points expired after the plan was paused. Only General-purpose NAS file systems are counted. |

Total backup points scanned |
The total number of backup points that have been scanned. |

Total files scanned |
The total number of scans performed across all files and the number of files classified as high-risk, medium-risk, low-risk, and safe. This number is the basis for virus scan billing. A single file might be scanned multiple times depending on your operations. |

View the NAS file system list
Below the backup resource statistics, you can view a list of General-purpose NAS file systems in the current region that are protected by backups. Click Add NAS Backup to add a General-purpose NAS file system as a data source.
The list contains the following fields:

The unique identifier and name of the NAS file system. |

File System Status |
The current running status of the NAS file system. |

Backup Status |
The running status of the current backup job. The statuses are described as follows:

Number of Backup Points |
The total number of backup points generated for the file system. |

Number of Backup Plans |
The number of backup plans created for the file system. |
|
Last Backup Time |
The completion time of the most recent backup job. |
|
Next Backup Time |
The time of the next scheduled backup job based on the backup plan. |

Operation |
Click View Details to go to the file system details page and view detailed backup information for the file system. |
View backup details
After you back up a General-purpose NAS file system, find the file system in the list and click View Details in the Operation column. This opens the file system details page.
The file system details page has five tabs: Backup Details, Backup Plan, Backup Job, Restore Job, and Virus Scan. The following table describes the modules on the Backup Details tab.

Basic Information |
Displays the last backup time, next backup time, last restore time, number of backup points, number of backup plans, and backup status. You can also navigate to view backup plans, backup jobs, or restore jobs. |

Backup History |
Displays the backup history. This includes the file path, completion time, time-to-live (TTL), backup data size, backup ID, backup vault ID, backup policy ID, storage tier, virus scan status, and backup status. You can also perform operations such as backup content management, browse, and delete. |
