Cloud Box supports cluster log collection for data archiving and analysis. This topic describes how to enable an audit trail in the console.

Billing

When you enable an audit trail, log data is stored in Log Service (SLS) on the public cloud and incurs additional charges. For more information about billing, see Billing overview.

Usage notes

  • In the Cloud Box console, you can enable audit trails only for the traffic manifest and release change types. For more information, see Audit overview.

  • By default, log data is retained for 90 days after you enable an audit trail. You can adjust this period. To do so, see Manage a Logstore.

Prerequisites

You have activated Log Service (SLS). For more information, see Storage resource hierarchy.

Procedure

  1. Go to the Cloud Box List tab on the Cloud Box page.

    1. Log on to the ECS console.
