New features and specifications:
1) Supports switching VPC firewall status between enabled mode and high-availability mode, and selecting zones for flexible high-availability switchover.
2) Supports creating TR-native integrated firewall instances in manual traffic redirection mode to reduce TR traffic costs associated with steering traffic to the firewall.
3) Supports configuring the zone for VPC firewall attachment to reduce cross-zone service latency.
