The Traffic Statistics Report provides a summary and analysis of your website's access data. It shows how users access your website resources over time. This report provides insights into your site traffic, including information about your visitors, their hosts, and web crawlers from search engines.
Background
The Traffic Statistics Report provides key metrics about your website traffic. These metrics include the country or region of your visitors, their last visit date, and their operating system and browser versions. It also tracks information about web crawlers, referrers, the number of pages viewed, and the total number of visits.
Procedure

Traffic data appears in the report only when your website is accessible. Traffic information becomes available 24 hours after you enable the report. The report includes data only from the date it was enabled.

This report does not count traffic from web crawlers, so it should not be the only source you use to measure your website's total traffic.
- Log on to the Cloud Web Hosting management page.
- Find the Cloud Web Hosting instance you want to manage and click Manage in the Actions column.

In the navigation pane, choose .
For standard Web Hosting instances, if the Traffic Statistics Report feature is enabled, the Traffic Statistics Report page displays a list of generated report files (.txt format). You can Delete reports that you no longer need from this list. The page also shows the message The traffic statistics report is enabled!. Click View Report to view the traffic data, or click Disable Report to turn off the feature.

Lists the total number of visitors, visits, pages, files, and bytes for the reporting period.

Visitors: The number of unique visitors. Each unique IP address is counted as one visitor.

Visits: A single visitor can make multiple visits. A visit is counted as a session of activity from a unique IP address within a specific time frame.

Pages: The total number of page views, excluding assets like images, CSS, and JavaScript files. If a page uses frames, each frame is counted as a separate page request.

Files: The total number of file requests from a browser, including assets such as images, CSS, and JavaScript. For example, loading a single webpage may trigger multiple file requests to the server.

Bytes: The total amount of data transferred from the server to clients.
Statistics by time
Includes statistics for pages, files, and bytes, broken down by month, week, day, and hour.
Statistics by visitor
Includes visitor information, such as country or region, host details, and web crawlers.
Statistics by browser
Includes information such as the time spent on the site, the types of files viewed and downloaded, and visitor browser and operating system versions.
Statistics by referrer
Shows how visitors found your site, including the keywords they used in search engines.
Other statistics
Lists HTTP error code types and missing pages.
