Redeploy access configuration

Changes to a provisioned access configuration are not applied automatically. Manually redeploy it for changes to take effect in the associated RD accounts.

When to redeploy

Redeploy an access configuration after any of the following changes:

  • Add or remove a system policy.

  • Create, modify, or delete an inline policy.

Note

Changes to the session duration or relay state do not require redeployment.

Redeploy from the Access Configurations page

  1. Log in to the Cloud SSO console.

  2. In the left navigation pane, click Access Configuration.

  3. On the Access Configuration page, click the name of the target access configuration.

    Access configurations requiring redeployment are flagged automatically. Their Provisioning Status is Re-porovision.

  4. Click the Provisioning tab.

  5. Select the target RD account.

    RD accounts requiring redeployment are flagged automatically. Their Provisioning Status is Re-porovision.

  6. Click Re-porovision.

    After provisioning, the Provisioning Status changes to Provisioned.

Redeploy from Permissions on Multiple Accounts

  1. Log in to the Cloud SSO console.

  2. In the left navigation pane, click Multi-account Permission Configuration.

  3. On the Multi-account Permission Configuration page, click the name of the target RD account.

  4. Click the Provisioned Access Configurations tab.

  5. Select the access configuration that you want to redeploy.

    Access configurations requiring redeployment are flagged automatically. Their Provisioning Status is Re-porovision.

  6. Click Re-porovision.

    After provisioning, the Provisioning Status changes to Provisioned.
