This topic describes the billing standards for basic Cloud Monitor.

The following table describes the billing standards for basic Cloud Monitor.

Billable item	Price
Alert text messages	Free quota of 1,000 messages per month. Messages that exceed the quota are charged at CNY 0.045 per message. Note If you have a resource plan, Cloud Monitor uses the text messages from the plan first.
Alert phone number	CNY 0.15 per call. Note If you have a resource plan, Cloud Monitor uses the phone calls from the plan first.
Number of API calls to query monitoring data	Free quota of 3,330 calls per hour. Calls that exceed the quota are charged at CNY 0.12 per 10,000 calls. Note The number of API calls to query monitoring data includes only calls to the DescribeMetricLast, DescribeMetricList, and DescribeMetricData API operations. This does not include calls made from the console.
Total number of Site Monitoring ECS detection points	Free quota of 50. Points that exceed the quota are charged at CNY 0.003 per point per hour.
Total number of Site Monitoring carrier detection points	CNY 0.014 per point per hour. Note Carrier detection points are the Internet endpoints of carriers such as China Unicom, China Mobile, and China Telecom. Cloud Monitor uses these points to simulate end-user access and test the network quality of carriers across China.
Number of event monitoring items	Free quota of 50,000. Items that exceed the quota are charged at CNY 0.0001 per 10,000 items per hour.
Custom monitoring time series	Free quota of 10. Time series that exceed the quota are charged at CNY 0.0015 per time series per hour.
Log Monitoring data processing volume	(0 MB/min, 50 MB/min]: CNY 1 per hour. (50 MB/min, 100 MB/min]: CNY 2 per hour. For volumes over 100 MB/min, the fee is CNY 0.02 per hour × Log Monitoring data processing volume (MB/min). For example, if the Log Monitoring data processing volume is 200 MB/min, the fee is calculated as follows: 0.02 × 200 = CNY 4 per hour.
