Hybrid Cloud Monitoring dashboard billing and pricing-Cloud Monitor(CMS)-阿里云帮助中心

You must enable Hybrid Cloud Monitoring before you use it for the first time. Hybrid Cloud Monitoring uses pay-as-you-go billing. Enabling the service is free; you pay based on actual usage. Features include dashboards, resource usage reports, second-level monitoring, and real-time data exporting.

Billing rules

Billing rules for dashboards:

Billing rule	Description
Scenarios	Suitable for: Longer monitoring data retention. Integrated multicloud, hybrid cloud, and cross-account monitoring. Flexible custom metrics.
Billing Cycle	Billed daily. Daily fee = data points from the metric repository × unit price for the selected storage duration. Default storage duration: cms.s1.3xlarge (93 days).
Billing formula	Dashboard fee = Number of data points × Unit price Note A data point is one metric value at one point in time. Examples: The CPU utilization (CPUUtilization) metric value for one ECS instance at a given time = one data point. The disk usage (diskusage_used) metric value for one ECS disk at a given time = one data point. An SLB instance with two listeners: the ActiveConnection metric values for both listeners at a given time = two data points.

Billing examples	Tiered billing examples for the cms.s1.3xlarge (93-day) storage duration: Example 1: 280 million data points collected in one day for the metrics in the namespace: Fee = 200,000,000 data points × CNY 0.0187 per 10,000 data points + (280,000,000 - 200,000,000) data points × CNY 0.0136 per 10,000 data points = CNY 482.8 Example 2: 200 ECS instances with 10 instance-level metrics each, 1-minute collection epoch, in the dashboard's metric repository. Daily fee: Data points = 200 instances × 10 monitoring metrics per instance × 60 minutes × 24 hours = 2.88 million Cost = 2.88 million data points × CNY 0.0187 per 10,000 data points = CNY 5.3856 Important Pricing varies by storage duration.
